Warranty & Conditions

All hardware products that are part of the AMGtime Systems are Covered by a 1 year warranty (parts & labor). Warranties are valid against factory defect in materials and/or workmanship.

Availability and Service Conditions

  • All repairs covered by warranty will be performed within 48 hours during business days after receipt of product(s).
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to AMGtime. Once product is repaired, AMGtime will cover ground shipping to customer. Expedited shipping available at customer expense.
  • Any damage caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, liquid spillage, insect infestation, misuse abuse, or altered serial number, is not covered by warranty.
  • Broken seal and damage from non-unauthorized repair person will result in loss of warranty coverage.
  • This plan does not cover "no problem found" diagnosis. A service fee of $30.00 will be applied if no problem is found upon inspection.
  • Supplies, such as badges or accessories, are not covered by warranty.
