In the AMG Software go to Devices - Configure Devices - Add (or select the device and click Edit if the device already exists)

Make sure to configure the following settings:

  • Device Type: Schlage Handpunch GT-400
  • Communication Type: Ethernet
  • IP Address: Type in the IP address that is assigned to the device.

 

On the GT-400 device:

  1. Press ESC then ENTER to access the menu
  2. Go to Communication
  3. Assign the IP address, Subnet, Gateway, and DNS numbers
  4. Press Save
